Each barrel lid has been saturated in bourbon or whiskey for years, causing the wood to expand. When we receive these lids, they are still high in moisture, which can cause them to shrink and develop cracks over time. To prevent this, every Whiskey, Wine and Design lid is kiln-dried to a moisture level of 6%. This process ensures that our lids will retain their form for a perfect, long-lasting appearance. Our meticulous preparation ensures that your barrel lid will remain a beautiful, enduring addition to your home decor.

• Kiln-Dried: Our lids are dried to a precise moisture level to prevent future shrinking and cracking.

• Deep Laser Engraving: Each lid is deeply engraved with your chosen design, ensuring the artwork will never wear out or peel off. The laser engraving penetrates deep into the American Oak, providing a ridge that adds to the charm and authenticity.

• Perfect Size: Our barrel lids are generally around 22" in diameter, making them ideal for hanging on your wall.

We offer a variety of customization options to make your barrel lid uniquely yours. ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER FOR CUSTOM LASERING.:

• Bourbon, Liquor, or Team Logo: Describe in the personalization box.

• Provide Artwork: Upload your business or club logo.

• Pictured examples: Describe, such as Tennessee Whiskey Lid.

• Your Name with Bourbon Bar Logo: Describe the name you would like added (e.g., "Tom's Bourbon Bar").

• Requires artwork to be made: Our artist will create a proof for you to approve before lasering.

No Extra Charge for Text: You can add personalized text to any logo at no additional cost. For example, if you choose the Buffalo Trace logo and want "McManners Family" with "Est 2020" underneath, simply describe this in the personalization box.

3. Review and Approve: If your design requires artwork, we will send you a proof for approval before engraving.

4. Shipping Included: The price includes shipping to the lower 48 states.
