We're Karen & Tom, and we're thrilled to present our custom-made, authentic whiskey barrel cabinets to you.  Our barrel cabinets are frequently celebrated at craft shows throughout the SE USA. PRIVATE PHONE CALL & PRIVATE TOUR with Tom & Karen:  Our barrels are very special and Karen & I take tremendous pride in making each custom barrel for our clients.  We want to make absolutely sure your custom barrel cabinet is exactly what you want.  Soon after receiving your order, we will arrange a time to talk with you.  When we talk, we will discuss all of the details of your barrel cabinet while also providing you with a tour of our workplace so your barrel cabinet becomes an intimate experience with us.
   
2. Our SIGNATURE & EXCLUSIVE Blacksmith Bolts: Unlike standard screws used by others, our unique, hand-threaded blacksmith bolts add a distinct, rustic charm to our barrels. No one else has these specific, beautiful blacksmith bolts, making each bar truly special!

HAND PICKED & HAND MADE by Tom & Karen: Every barrel has a different story.  We create the next chapter especially for you.  We will describe to you where our barrels come from and the history of your barrel.  In our workplace walk through with you we will give you the opportunity to choose the exact RAW barrel you would like us to create your hand made barrel cabinet masterpiece from!

THE KENTUCKY STRAIGHT Barrel Cabinet:

• Includes an authentic, once used whiskey barrel from a famous distillery in Tennessee. The "Kentucky Straight" barrel cabinet includes our SIGNATURE BLACKSMITH BOLTS securing the barrel hoops on the exterior of the barrel. It also includes a LAZY SUSAN shelf in the middle of the barrel and LED LIGHTS WITH REMOTE CONTROL. (Order = "Kentucky Straight" for $900)

THE KENTUCKY STRAIGHT & BRANDED Barrel Cabinet:

• This is our "Kentucky Straight Barrel Cabinet" that also INCLUDES A CUSTOM LASERED BARREL TOP.  During our private phone call we will discuss with you what you would like lasered on the top and later, we will send you proofs to approve before we laser the barrel. (Order = "Straight & Laser" for $1,000)

THE DOUBLE OAKED Barrel Cabinet:

• Our Double Oaked barrel cabinet includes an authentic, once used whiskey barrel from Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, TN.  The Double Oaked model includes our SIGNATURE BLACKSMITH BOLTS securing the barrel hoops on the exterior of the barrel.  It also includes TWO LAZY SUSANS, one in the middle and one above the floor of the barrel. It also includes LEDS LIGHTS WITH REMOTE. (Order = "Double" for $1,050)

THE DOUBLE OAKED & BRANDED Barrel Cabinet: 

• This is our "Double Oaked Barrel Cabinet" that also INCLUDES A CUSTOM LASERED BARREL TOP.  During our private phone call we will discuss with you what you would like lasered on the top and later, we will send you proofs to approve before we laser the barrel. (Order = "Double & Laser" for $1,150)

THE BLENDED Barrel Cabinet:

• This unique barrel cabinet is for the homes of our clients that routinely enjoy a nice mixture of wine and spirits. The "Blended" barrel cabinet includes our SIGNATURE BLACKSMITH BOLTS securing the barrel hoops on the exterior of the barrel. It also includes a LAZY SUSAN shelf in the middle of the barrel and LED LIGHTS WITH REMOTE CONTROL. Most importantly, we add our CUSTOM HANDMADE OAK WINE RACKS underneath the middle lazy susan. (Order = "Blended" for $1,200)

THE BLENDED & BRANDED Barrel Cabinet:

• This is our "Blended Barrel Cabinet" that also INCLUDES A CUSTOM LASERED BARREL TOP.  During our private phone call we will discuss with you what you would like lasered on the top and later, we will send you proofs to approve before we laser the barrel. (Order = "Blended & Laser" for $1,300)

THE CASK STRENGTH Barrel Cabinet:

• The "Cask Strength Barrel Cabinet" continues to build upon our previous models by adding swinging BARREL DOORS with unique vintage looking hardware that includes a medieval lock. The "Cask Strength" barrel cabinet includes our SIGNATURE BLACKSMITH BOLTS, TWO LAZY SUSANS, LED LIGHTS WITH REMOTE CONTROL & TWO DOORS. (Order "Cask Strength" for $1,400)

THE CASK STRENGTH & BRANDED Barrel Cabinet:

• This is our "Cask Strength Barrel Cabinet" that also INCLUDES A CUSTOM LASERED BARREL TOP.  During our private phone call we will discuss with you what you would like lasered on the top and later, we will send you proofs to approve before we laser the barrel. (Order = Cask Strength & Laser for $1,500)

What are your SPECIAL barrel cabinet OPTIONS to consider?

Of course, everything's in the DETAILS!  Some of our barrel cabinet SPECIAL OPTIONS are already included in the price of the CORE OPTION you choose above.  Some of the barrel cabinet SPECIAL OPTIONS cost extra. 

Regardless, we will discuss all of the special options with you in our private phone call after your purchase. If you are interested in purchasing one of the options after discussing it with us, we will simply send you an electronic invoice for the balance.  

The SPECIAL OPTIONS that are INCLUDED with your barrel purchase

• Exterior Stain Color - Whiskey Oil (our exclusive mix) or any common stain of your choice
• Lazy Susan Stain Color - Black/Ebony Stain, Torched, Clear

The SPECIAL OPTIONS that are NOT INCLUDED with your barrel purchase

• 3" Castor Locking Wheels - This includes a set of four castors for easy maneuvering of the barrel ($100)
• Weatherproofing - First, please note that the barrel is made of wood and Mother Nature is always going to win battle of the elements.  That said, our weatherproofing is our painstaking effort to make your barrel retain it's beauty within an enclosed porch or deck for a reasonable period of time.  Eventually, after sustained outdoor exposure, additional weatherproofing (like sealing a deck) will be necessary.  The initial weatherproofing will be quite a few coats of weather resistance material ($200)
• Lazy Susan Upgrade to Barrel Lid - The lazy Susan's included with your barrel cabinet are made from pine. You have the option to upgrade the lazy Susan's to authentic white oak bourbon barrel lids.  These barrel lids are significantly heavier, more sturdy and obviously match the American White Oak the barrels are made from. Our barrel lids, unlike all other vendors, are KILN DRIED to suck out all of the moisture. This special effort ensures your barrel lid lazy Susan won't crack, gap or separate over time ($200/middle or $400/double)
• Barrel Door Lasering - If you are purchasing a barrel cabinet with doors (Cask Strength) you have the option to add lasering on each door as well ($100)
