It all starts with taking apart an authentic whiskey barrel! then we select the best staves and begin the process of sanding and staining and measuring and drilling and assembling, etc. Our owner loves to share with his craft show customers that this product, with it's curves and bends and scallops is the most difficult piece to master.
Take a closer look...in the 2nd picture, behind the stave, is the cue ball. Even though it's hidden, the cue ball still has a home on the rack. And speaking of racks, we also have a custom made iron rack holder. It's not pictured because these pictures were taken before they were delivered.
We can customize the two forward facing staves if you like. Just describe what personalization you would like to have lasered onto those staves in the "Add a Custom Message" box upon checkout.
