This is maximum style for your screened-in porch! Nearly an entire barrel's worth of staves is utilized to assemble this baby!
Let's be real here for a moment. You're going to ask "Can we leave this outside?" Well, sure. But it's like your deck (probably even more sensitive than your deck) in that it will require regular maintenance to keep it pristine looking as seen in the pictures. With your deck, you annually pressure wash it and stain it to keep it preserved. Absolutely the same here. This adirondack chair is made from American Oak. We do absolutely treat it with an outdoor preservative for when you first get it. But that coat will wear off eventually and you will need to re-treat it. Ok...one last point here. Karen and I have these adirondack chairs on our uncovered back porch. We have never re-treated them! They have turned gray. We like them as they are, even more rustic. It's been several years. They have 100% retained their posture and look great, just gray. We love them and haven't treated them annually. So it's up to you. We will say that they certainly will last longer in a covered space, but moisture is still present.
These take time to make. Please be patient and order well in advance of when you want or need them.
