What makes our Authentic Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Bars the best?

Let's start with our SIGNATURE BLACKSMITH BOLTS.  We adorn the outside of every barrel with our very unique bolt that truly separates our barrel bars from all of the competition. Others use standard screws or self taping screws or other ordinary screws.  We, on the other hand, scoured the world for a very specific, beautiful bolt that NO ONE ELSE HAS! Each blacksmith bolt is painstakingly hand threaded into the barrel but every twist further separates our barrels from all of the others.

We take great PRIDE IN OUR EXTERIORS! What does that mean for you?  We hand pick our barrels and we absolutely LOVE THE DIRTIEST BARRELS WE CAN GET OUR GRUBBY HANDS ON because when we sand them, it takes us hours to make sure that we capture all of the best colors in the barrel. 

When we get our barrels from Kentucky, most of the barrels have the absolute rustiest barrel hoops possible.  We take great care in POLISHING EVERY BARREL HOOP to make sure you enjoy the journey these hoops have been through during their distilling process.

A LA CARTE BARREL BUILDS!

1. BASE BARREL - includes (A) THE BARREL WITH BLACKSMITH BOLTS and (B) a LAZY SUSAN in the middle of the barrel and (C) LED LIGHTS with a remote control.  These three items make up our BASE BARREL that is $900.  

2. CUSTOM LASERING ON TOP LID - Let us laser whatever you want on the top of the barrel lid! Your team, your club, your family, etc.  Your DESERVE YOUR FAVORITE ITEM lasered into the top of your barrel.  Order the BASE BARREL and it will cost $125 to LASER THE TOP of your barrel.

3. WINE RACK - Maybe you have a BLENDED FAMILY where someone enjoys spirits and the other enjoys wine. Order the BASE BARREL with the WINE RACK and you will solve both issues! The a la carte price for the WINE RACKS, holding eight bottles, is $250.

4. DOORS - Have kids?  Want to protect your spirit inventory?  No problem.  As we did with the blacksmith bolts we scoured the world for the best door hardware the combined function with incredible barrel style.  Reminiscent of old style 19th century barrels or even medieval barrels, our hinges and lock perfectly exemplify barrel style as it should be. Order the BASE BARREL and add the DOORS WITH LOCK for an additional $350. 

5. LASERING ON THE DOORS - is another opportunity to customize this barrel just how you want it.  Add a spirit logo or team logo or company logo that reflects a part of your life! Lasering both doors is $100.

6. LOWER LAZY SUSAN - is a great extra that matches the lazy Susan standard with the base barrel. SPIN YOUR SPIRITS round and round on both shelves! The extra lower lazy Susan is $125. 

7. WEATHERPROOFING  - allows you to utilize the barrel outdoors under a screened in porch or outside. Like a deck, our weatherproofing doesn't mean you do not have to take care of it over time outside.  It does mean, like a deck, that you have a barrel protected from the elements for 1-2 outdoor seasons. Weatherproofing costs $125.

8. WHEELS - So you need a mobile barrel with locks?  No problem.  We will add our very high end sturdy wheels to your barrels for easy movement around your home. Four wheels with locks cost $125.

If you have the ability to PICK UP THE BARREL there is no charge for shipping. We are in Flowery Branch, GA.

On the other hand, barrels are not cheap to ship. In fact, it is exactly why we have not shipped them up until now. That said, WE SHIP BARRELS NOW!  

Here's how it works. WE DO NOT WANT TO PROFIT FROM SHIPPING. Instead, after you make the purchase and we have completed your barrel, we will utilize the special rates we have from our freight account and send you a second invoice that is the actual specific freight rate. We can not, on this public website, make a prediction as to what it costs to ship a barrel to you.  HOWEVER, KNOW THAT WE HAVE RESEARCHED AND COMMITTED TO A FREIGHT TEAM THAT WE HAVE A HIGH CONFIDENCE IN THAT YOU WILL GET THE BEST POSSIBLE FREIGHT RATE. Will it cost as much as the barrel? No. Will it cost 1/2 the barrel cost?  We don't believe so.  Will it cost several hundred dollars to be delivered to your home?  Probable. We'll leave it at that.  

SO WHEN YOU PURCHASE AMERICA'S BEST BOURBON BARREL BAR from us, you will pay in advance 100% of the cost of the barrel bar you want.  When we have completed the barrel, we will package it, weigh it and show you the exact amount of shipping.  Before we ship the barrel to you, we will forward an invoice for the shipping to be paid.

ORDERING INFORMATION

1. You must order, at minimum, the BASE BARREL for $900.  The base barrel includes: The authentic Kentucky Bourbon Barrel, our blacksmith bolts, a lazy Susan as the middle shelf and LED lights that include a remote control. 

2. BEGIN ORDERING A LA CARTE Build-a-Barrel Items. Add as many as you like. You do not have to order any A LA CARTE items if the BASE BARREL is exactly what you want. 

3. PERSONALIZATION - If you are ordering a CUSTOM LASERING ON TOP LID or LASERING ON THE DOORS, please use the personalization section to describe to us what you would like lasered onto the barrel. If we have any questions, we will reach out.  An example would be: TOP - UGA G with our last name under it and Est 2020 under the name. LEFT DOOR - 2021 Championship logo, RIGHT DOOR - 2022 Championship logo. 

4. PLACE THE ORDER.

5. Finally, understand that SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED in this price.  You will be invoiced later for the shipping charges.  The shipping charges will be EXACTLY WHAT OUR FREIGHT ACCOUNT CHARGES US. And we have spent a lot of time and effort finding the best possible freight rates for you.

SEPT 2023 SHIPPING EXAMPLE:  Our freight cost from GA to NYC with a fully customized barrel with 2 doors, 2 lazy susan's and a set of wheels cost:

From our business to a residential home in NYC = $427. Residential deliveries require a) residential fee and b) a lift gate service fee. All freight companies are charging a fuel surcharge as well.

From our business to a local distribution center in NYC for pick up = $335

This example is high because it's to New York City but it provides a glimpse of what a full barrel, with doors, costs to ship 1000 miles.
