Barrel Cooler Rentals for Special Events

Vintage barrel cooler available to rent for your special event. Unique and user-friendly that will have your friends and colleagues impressed. Our barrel rental cooler has sturdy wheels with locks for easy manueverability. It holds up to about 8 standard bags of ice. Plumbing is designed to be mess-free.

RENTAL PRICES:

Each barrel cooler is $65 for a 1 - 4 day rental. For rentals longer than 4 days, an additional $15/day is required. All rental sales are CASH ONLY paid at pick up or before delivery.

YOU PICK UP AND DROP OFF PRICES:

There is no fee to pick up the coolers unless you require 5 or more units. 

For 5+ barrel coolers, a Flat Handling Fee of $50 (prep, load and unload) is assessed.

WE DELIVER & PICK UP PRICES:

One to Four Barrel products for 1 - 25 Miles from Flowery Branch = $100 for delivery & pick up

One to Four Barrel products for 26 - 50 Miles from Flowery Branch = $150 for delivery & pick up

One to Four Barrel products > 50 Miles from Flowery Branch = Call for Quote

Five to Twenty Barrels for 1 - 25 Miles from Flowery Branch = $175 for delivery & pick up

Five to Twenty Barrels for 26 - 50 Miles from Flowery Branch = $250 for delivery & pick up

Five to Twenty Barrels > 50 Miles from Flowery Branch = Call for Quote

Deliveries or pick ups required before 9 a.m. or after 6 p.m. or on weekends = Additional $75 each way

For distances further than 50 miles from Flowery Branch, please request a quote.

Please reserve barrels a minimum 2-3 weeks in advance. We will try to accommodate last minute rentals. If we accept your last minute rental, it will require pick up and drop off.

Fees & Cancellation Policy:

All rentals are cash only.  All rentals require a picture of a valid drivers license and credit card.

Finalizing Your Reservation:

When you decide to move forward and we send you a rental agreement and you decide for whatever reason not to move forward with us please notify us. We count you as a priority if other requests come in afterward for the requested date. We will send you an email for a status update on returning the rental agreement. If we have to send two emails, we will automatically remove your request.  Your reservation is not finalized until we receive it back signed and with a non-refundable $25 administration fee. In some cases, we waive the administration fee, at our discretion (generally speaking, for very small rental orders).
