Basement & Man Cave Signs from MULTIPLE Full Length Barrel Staves

Every full stave barrel sign we make is made from an authentic Jack Daniels Barrel that we bought and picked up from Lynchburg, TN!  We disassemble every once-used barrel and create our products from barrels that utilize fabulous, thick and sturdy American Oak. 

Our signs are unique from other online barrel decor competitors for two reasons. 

First, our handmade signs utilize HAND CUT, HAND TRIMMED ROUNDED CORNER segments of authentic JD barrel hoops that are adorned with our SIGNATURE BLACKSMITH BOLTS exclusive to our company.  Our blacksmith bolts are very unique and add a classy vintage or even some say medieval like texture to our products, including 4 segments on these signs. 

Second, we utilize our top of the line professional laser in order to deeply laser engrave your custom interests into our barrel staves. Nothing is glued or printed onto our staves.  A deep, easily recognizable laser engraving is SOP for our products.

MULTI-STAVE SIGNS: We literally assemble these signs before we take the barrel apart!  We find the best three or four stave segments and bind them together with our SIGNATURE BLACKSMITH BOLTS! 

CHOICES: We have FOUR STANDARD MULTI-STAVE SIGNS to choose from.  Also, you may choose to ADD YOUR NAME or otherwise completely customize a multi-stave sign for your bar.
